Data Deletion

You can have your Viziers data deleted at any time. This page explains how, including for data accessed through connected platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

Disconnect a channel

Disconnecting a channel in your Viziers settings immediately removes its stored access token and the conversation references associated with that channel. For Facebook and Instagram, this revokes Viziers’ access to your Page and Instagram messages and comments.

Delete your account & data

To delete your Viziers account and all associated data, email privacy@viziers.ai from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my data,” or include your account email in the message. We will delete your account, connected-channel credentials, and stored conversation data, and confirm when it’s complete. We may retain limited records where required by law.

Facebook / Instagram data deletion

If you connected a Facebook Page or Instagram account, you can also remove Viziers’ access from Facebook’s Settings → Apps and Websites. To request deletion of any data Viziers obtained through Meta, email privacy@viziers.ai and we will process the request and confirm completion.
