Viziers (“Viziers”, “we”, “us”), operated by Viziers LLC, provides a unified communications inbox that lets a business view and respond to its customer conversations across channels. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how you can control it. This is an initial draft pending final legal review.

Information we collect

Account information — your name, email, business name, and authentication credentials when you create a Viziers account.
Connected channel data — when you connect a channel, we access the messages and content needed to show and answer it in your inbox. Depending on what you connect this includes: email (via IMAP/SMTP), SMS and voice call records and transcripts, and Facebook Page and Instagram messages, comments, and mentions via the Meta Graph API. We access this data on your behalf and on behalf of the people who contact you.
Access tokens for your connected accounts, stored encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve and send messages you direct.
Usage and device data — basic logs needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.

How we use it

To display your conversations in one inbox and let you reply across channels.
To generate AI summaries and suggestions (“your vizier”) that surface what matters in your conversations.
To operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

We do not sell your data or your customers’ data, and we do not use the content of your connected channels for advertising.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers that help us run the service (hosting, databases, AI processing), under agreements that limit their use to providing those services, and where required by law.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can disconnect any channel at any time, which removes its stored credentials and associated conversation references. You can request deletion of your account and associated data — see our Data Deletion page.

Your choices

You control which channels are connected and can disconnect them in your settings. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
